How to use/make
<自備材料>菜油/牛油溶液(87g)、雞蛋(78g)、水(35g)步驟一:將所有材料放至攪拌缸,用攪拌器以慢速攪拌1分鐘步驟二:刮缸後再轉快速攪拌3分鐘,攪拌至麵糊平滑步驟三:將麵糊倒入烤模(約八分滿),進烤箱前須重敲2-3下,使麵糊中空氣產出步驟四:以180℃烤約40-45分鐘,或上火200/下火180℃烤約30分鐘即可步驟五:將烤好蛋糕出爐請重敲一下,倒出蛋糕待涼
