Serving
1. 容器中加入500cc 開水,煮開後轉小火加入一包布丁粉。2. 充分攪拌均勻,小火煮約一分鐘後熄火。3. 倒入模型容器內冷卻凝固後備用。4. 將焦糖粉(30g)倒入100cc冷開水中攪拌溶解,開火煮沸後熄火待冷備用。5. 待焦糖預降到攝氏55度左右,即可倒入布丁上層,冷卻後放入冰箱冷藏2-3小時即可食用。
