Serving
準備材料:吉拿棒 DIY 預拌粉 150g、水 120g、沙拉油 30g、撒粉:可可糖粉或肉桂糖粉 (可選)1. 拌麵糰將水與沙拉油拌勻後,加入預拌粉,攪拌至光滑有彈性。裝入擠花袋,擠出約 5 公分條狀。2. 油炸或少油煎中小火加熱至 160~170℃,將麵糰下鍋炸 / 煎至表面金黃、膨鼓。過程中輕翻,避免沾黏。3. 撒粉上桌起鍋趁熱撒上可可糖粉或肉桂糖粉,搭配果醬、巧克力醬享用最對味!TIPS:麵糰攪拌至「光滑不黏手」最理想。麵糰易軟化,建議需盡速使用完畢。油溫太低會吸油、太高會外焦內生,建議控制在 160~170℃。擠花袋搭配星型花嘴,炸出來更漂亮!
