Serving
準備材料:派脆餅乾粉 250g、無鹽牛油 90g (室溫)、全蛋 1 顆、糖粉 80g、泡打粉 2g (可省略)、裝飾配料 (如堅果、芝麻、麥片等) 適量1. 拌麵糰:牛油加入糖粉拌勻,再加入蛋液拌勻。倒入餅乾預拌粉與泡打粉,手揉成麵糰。2. 冷藏鬆弛:麵糰裝袋冷藏 20 分鐘,讓口感更酥脆、好整型。3. 塑型裝飾:取出麵糰分切搓圓 (每顆約 20g),可壓紋或灑上堅果、芝麻、麥片等裝飾配料。4. 烘烤上色:放入已預熱烤箱,以 160℃烘烤 25~30 分鐘,至餅乾呈金黃色即可。TIPS:建議牛油回溫軟化再操作,口感更細緻。喜歡更酥口感可將牛油糖粉打發或烤焙時間拉長至邊緣略焦。可搭配果乾、可可粉變化造型,做出孩子最愛的點心造型。
