基本材料(約可製作10顆泡芙):泡芙粉100克,水(或牛奶)55克,雞蛋100克,沙拉油 50克製作方式:1.將泡芙粉,水,雞蛋,沙拉油加入碗中,攪拌均勻至無顆粒2.烤盤鋪上烘焙紙,將麵糊倒入擠花袋,擠適量麵糊(約30g)至烤盤上3.上或210℃,下火160℃,烤焙18分鐘,再關上下火悶烤6分鐘4.食用前,可加入喜愛的餡料或水果,使泡芙便個更美味小技巧 :1.在烘烤期間不可打開烤箱,以免影響泡芙膨脹
