基本材料(可製作3塊布朗尼蛋糕):布朗尼粉100克,雞蛋40克,牛油25克,水5克,蜂蜜(或果糖)10克製作方式:1. 布朗尼粉,牛油,雞蛋,水,蜂蜜(或果糖),用打蛋器攪拌均勻,倒入耐熱容器烘烤2. 上火170℃,下火130℃,烤焙時間約為25~30 分鐘技巧:1. 測試蛋糕是否烤熟,可利用竹籤/筷子插入蛋糕中心,至竹籤/筷子上無麵糊沾黏即可2. 麵糊放置烤盤前,需於下方置入烤盤紙,避免麵糊沾黏3. 可加入適量的核桃,堅果等增加口感層次4. 可加入蘋果泥取代牛油,做出低脂布朗尼蛋糕
