<自備材料>雞蛋(1隻)、 牛奶或水 (40ml)製作建議: 班戟粉(80g) 份量-可製作3件(直徑3cm)1. 先將雞蛋及牛奶攪拌,加入班戟粉再攪拌約1分半鐘,直至粉漿具強粘力。2. 先以中火加熱平底煎鍋,放濕布於平底煎鍋上稍微冷卻,再調至慢火。3. 待多餘水份蒸發後,塗上少許油,用匙羹把粉漿放到平底鍋上。4. 蓋上鍋蓋加熱約3分鐘,看到粉漿面變乾及開始有小泡時,將粉漿反轉再煎3分鐘,以牙籤測試一下,沒有黏便可。<如有粉漿粘在牙籤上,可放到微波爐加熱。>
