用於製作軟糖、明膠、果凍和果醬等。果醬的製作方法（約130ml）材料: 果膠粉5g、水 50cc、水果 150g、糖 100g 、檸檬汁 1/2湯匙 *糖量依個人口味調整。1. 將果膠撒在熱水中溶解。 2. 將水果和糖放入鍋中煮至整體略濃稠(小火10到15分鐘）。3. 將溶解在熱水中的果膠加入鍋中，進一步煮沸。以小火煮約10分鐘，去除浮渣。4. 最後加入檸檬汁，攪拌均勻。
